Escape Room Operators (Part-time)
We are looking for driven, responsible, and friendly operators to become part of our team.  You will become part of the creative process, strategic planning and business development. Flexible schedule and working on the weekends are a MUST.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities as game marshals. You must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and an aptitude for problem-solving. Training will be provided. Opportunities for advancement and promotion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Opens and closes business as instructed
• Greets customers upon arrival
• Gives daily briefings to customers
• Operates the service provided to the customers
• Handles payment processing
• Maintains front office/desk
• Handles phone calls and scheduling
• Cleans furniture, equipment, and office, including trash and vacuuming
• Other Tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to learn payment processing and scheduling software
• Operation of basic office equipment like computer, printer, video equipment, camera, cellphone apps
• Ability to lift about 25 lbs equipment (not a daily thing)
• Excellent customer service skills, public speaking, ability to multi-task and problem-solve.

Extra points if:

• Social media savvy
• Interest or skills in marketing

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
• Works in a general office environment and themed escape rooms. Flexible with college schedules, hours to be determined.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Eyestrain and repetitive motion involved during peak periods of computer usage. Quick movements to “re-stage” business service for next customers. Lifting and moving furniture. Potential for high intensity and stressful periods during busy hours.

AVAILABILITY:
Must have availability on Fridays and Saturdays.

SALARY:
